Protect Life Michigan’s Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator will be the face of PLM, overseeing recruitment, hiring, onboarding and orientation, ongoing training, and policy communication. This position requires an individual to be extremely organized while also having a welcoming and outgoing demeanor. This person should excel when working independently and must also be able to work well with other people, conduct himself/herself in a professional manner, and be proficient with the most common computer programs. This full-time job requires the ability to periodically meet in person with job candidates and employees.

This is a full-time job that requires the candidate to support raise 25% of their gross pay (approximately $1,100 per month). Candidates are paid during the support raising process, attend 2 days of world-class in-person training, and have 2 weekly coaching check-ins to ensure they are fully supported throughout the process. Support Raising

Protect Life Michigan is a non-profit organization and most of our staff raise their own salary through "Support Raising". This allows us to hire more staff and also invite friends and family into this mission with us. Support Raising opens the door for hundreds more people to be involved in the fight against abortion and ensures our employees are covered in encouragement, prayer, and true ministry partnership.

In the first year of employment, 25% of the gross pay and expenses associated with this position will be fundraised by the candidate (approximately $1,100 per month). In subsequent years, the percentage of support required will increase. PLM will provide training and coaching to help the candidate reach full support. We have an excellent track record of helping staff reach full support. All applicants must be supportive of this approach and open to engaging in it. Salary and benefits are determined by the needs of the individual, commensurate with education and experience.
